Renovated old house, adjoining the owner's accommodation, located in a hamlet.

Ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen (access to the kitchen via two steps), WC, laundry room. Upstairs: two bedrooms (one double bed, one three single beds), WC, bathroom (shower, bathtub). Access to the upper floor is via a steep staircase, and access to bedroom 2 is via three additional steps. Private landscaped garden (sloping) of 200 m² with a terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Small pond nearby.
Two other gîtes on the property: H85G009930 Le Nid des Hirondelles (sleeps 6, wheelchair accessible) and H85G009931 Les Mésanges (sleeps 6). Baby equipment available on request, baby bouncer available. Oil heating included.
