The Space:

Villa 110 está diseñada para disfrutar unas vacaciones cómodas en familia o con amigos. Sus espacios interiores y exteriores permiten convivir, descansar y disfrutar de la privacidad de una casa completa.

La alberca privada es uno de los principales atractivos de la propiedad: puedes disfrutarla desde la comodidad de la villa sin necesidad de salir del alojamiento.

En el interior encontrarás espacios amplios para convivir, cocina equipada, áreas climatizadas y tres recámaras para distribuir cómodamente a tu grupo.

👶 Children aged 3 or under enter free (children older than 3 are charged as adults).

👥 Additional adults: $500 MXN per person per day (includes $250 MXN food & beverage credit and $250 MXN access, towel included).

🧴 Towels are not included for complimentary access. Towel rental available for $30 MXN.

⏰ Hours:

Beach access from 7:00 a.m.

Kitchen open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Beach club closes at 7:00 p.m.

🏖 Amenities: pools, lounge chairs, tables, chairs, and sports courts (paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis), subject to availability. More information is available at the beach club reception.

🚫 Restrictions: outside food or beverages, coolers, thermos, and speakers are not allowed.
