Close to food stores and nightlife establishments, childcare facilities and children's activities, summer/winter ice rink, 100 meters from alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF and also cross-country skiing (Beauregard cable car). Large private courtyard. Bordering a stream.

KITCHEN: induction cooktop, combined electric microwave oven, refrigerator with 100 L freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette/stone grill appliance

BATHROOM: 2.57 m2 (tiled floor) shower cabin, hair dryer, washbasin, W-C.
