Brilliant hotel

Amazing room - spa is very clean and a must after a day of skiing! Food in the restaurant was superb. All in all a fantastic stay!

The pool and steam and sauna were lovely to stretch and relax in after skiing. The hotel was close to the ski lift (4 min walk) and lovely restaurants near the church/square. Double glazing but street noise from people walking home after leaving bars/clubs in the early hours of the morning disturbed us each night so rooms at back may be quieter.

Stayed there for a ski week. Good location with close to the lift. Fantastic service and friendly staff. The standard rooms are somewhat small and the shower could have been better. A bigger bar would have been nice and also outdoor bar. The possibilities are there!

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour pour le nouvel an à lAlp'Hotel! L'hÎtel est bien situé au centre de village, la chambre était spacieux et le balcon avec vue était trÚs sympa. Personnel souriants et en bon humeur.

Alp hotels lÀge i La Clusaz Àr perfekt. NÀra till allt. Om man inte orkar gÄ till liften stannar bussen precis utanför. Hotellet har en liten pool och bubbelpool samt bastu o hammam. Skönt efter en dag i pisten! Bra frukost, vÀnlig och informativ personal. Mycket mer "pang för pengarna" Àn jag vÀntade mig

Decent enough hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Only real gripes were the restaurant which gave us our worst meal of the trip - They basically don’t do Vegetarian - it was so bad we had to send one of the meals back. The spare bed In the main room wasn’t really up to standard for a non couple, sharing a room. The spa and pool was a bit on small side, the Sauna had no light for 2 days, the shower temperature fluctuated from Cold to too hot - All relatively minor gripes, but we did pay a lot of money for it so expected a little better. We got overcharged at the end for things we hadn’t had which was sorted out pretty quickly but again just an irritant. Like I said, the staff were generally great - Particularly the Front of house - but a couple Of things could do with improvement.

L'hĂŽtel est trĂšs bien: peut-ĂȘtre un peu vieillissant, mais on sent que des efforts sont faits pour donner un coup de jeune aux chambres. Le personnel est trĂšs agrĂ©able, les petits dej au top et les dĂźners trĂšs bien prĂ©parĂ©s bien qu'un peu chers!
