Located in the outbuilding of the Moulineaux domain, this 160m ² gîte can accommodate 10 people comfortably. You can enjoy the swimming pool (June to September), the trampoline, the fish pond (fishing canes on site), the woods and numerous hiking and biking tours in the surrounding area. The proximity to Vaux le Vicomte (20 km), Fontainebleau (25 km), Provins (25 km), Melun (25 km), Disneyland (40 km) and Paris (50 km) is a major asset.
The gîte is located in the outbuilding of the Moulineaux estate, a Napoleon III residence.
On the ground floor you will have the use of a 36 m² living room (double sofa bed), a second 20 m² living room (double sofa bed), 2 separate WCs and a kitchen / dining room of 32 m².
Upstairs, the sleeping area, with 3 bedrooms (all equipped with a double bed and a TV) and 2 bathrooms.
In the closed courtyard, the terrace is furnished with a garden furniture and a BBQ, you can park your cars there.
You will have access to the pool of the 4 x 11 m domain (June to September), the fish pond (fishing rods on site), the trampoline and the adjacent wood.
