Cocoonr is offering this 120 m² holiday home in La Chapelle-Hermier for rent, which can accommodate up to 9 guests.

It comprises a 33 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a mezzanine, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 600 m². Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 33 m² living room with a sofa, armchairs, TV and fireplace (wood available at an extra charge, on request)
- A bright 30 m² dining room with table and chairs
- A semi-open, fully equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A utility room

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200) and a bunk bed (160x200 at the bottom and 90x200 at the top)
- A mezzanine accessible from the kitchen via a narrow vertical ladder, with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A private, unfenced garden of 600 m²
- A first terrace of 60 m² facing south-east, with furniture to enjoy sunny days (table and chairs, parasol, barbecue)
- A second terrace of 10 m² facing west, elevated and without a railing

The house is situated in La Chapelle-Hermier, in a very pleasant setting at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, close to a woodland.
This country house, with its rustic charm, is set in natural surroundings. Although the property is thoroughly cleaned before each stay, the occasional presence of a few insects is possible and is one of the characteristics inherent to this rural setting.

The nearby town of Aizenay (10 km) offers access to supermarkets and a variety of shops.

La Chapelle-Hermier and its surroundings offer a perfect blend of nature and leisure activities in the Vendée. Whether you’re a fan of thrills, walks in the countryside or water sports, here are the best options in the immediate vicinity:
- Le Grand Défi leisure park in Saint-Julien-des-Landes (tree-top adventure course, paintball, laser tag, maze).
- Lac du Jaunay, ideal for walking or cycling. In the summer, you can hire pedalos and canoes there. (Swimming prohibited).
- A unique family experience: ‘Au Tour des Ânes’ donkey treks, where you can go on a guided walk with a donkey, or try ‘Disc Golf’ at the Bibrou lake, a sport that combines golf and frisbee.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 spaces). Access by car is strongly recommended.
