The Cocoonr agency offers this charming 160 m² house for rent in La Chapelle-devant-Bruyères, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 100 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom with bathtub. You can also enjoy the 1,000 m² garden. Sheets and towels are available at an additional cost. WiFi (fibre optic) included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 100 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa, billiard table that converts into a ping-pong table, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A laundry room
- A bathroom (with shower)
- A separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) and one double sofa bed
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×200)
- A bathroom (with bathtub) and WC

On the mezzanine:
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×200)

The house has been designed to be pleasant and practical for everyone, with a few extra touches for families: trampoline, swing, safety gate on two staircases and fully enclosed garden, ideal for both children and pets.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot (sheets not provided), plancha grill.

Outside:
- A beautiful, north-facing, private, enclosed garden of 1,000 m²
- A terrace of approximately 15 m², facing north-east, with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in La Chapelle-devant-Bruyères, in a very pleasant environment with unobstructed views of the fields and forest. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (for 4 vehicles). A garage is also available for storing equipment such as bicycles, scooters or motorbikes.

- A bus stop is located about a 5-minute walk away
- Nearest train station: Bruyères station, about 6 minutes (4.6 km) by car

Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are optional and subject to an additional charge, to be paid to the partner on site. You are therefore welcome to bring your own sheets.

- Fireplace: wood available at shops in Bruyères (approx. 8 minutes from the accommodation).
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet is allowed per stay. Please specify when booking.
- The house has 3 floors connected by stairs.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- In July and August, rentals are only available from Saturday to Saturday.
- In order to encourage travellers to use electricity responsibly, in the event of excessive consumption, electricity will be charged at an additional rate of €0.17/kWh.
