Mini-Villa d'exception avec piscine privative chauffée à 28° du 30 avril au 30 septembre, semi-couverte par une pergola à lames orientables permettant de se baigner même par mauvais temps. Le bassin est équipé d'un jacuzzi intégré dans ses marches puis de la nage à contre-courant. Vous aurez accès à un spa professionnel extérieur abrité et chauffé à 37° du 1er octobre au 29 avril à la place de la piscine. Vous disposez de votre salle de sport et d'un sauna privatif. La Villa a sa propre salle home-cinéma avec un billard, un bureau séparé de la chambre relié à la fibre. A 800 m des commerces. Ideal couple d'amoureux.

Votre salle de sport privée est équipée d'un banc de musculation, un vélo elliptique, un tapis de course, tapis de gym, tv connectée à internet et d'un sauna.

Votre logement possède sa propre porte d'entrée, son système d'alarme et sa place de parking indépendante et sécurisée par caméra extérieure et portail électrique .

Piste cyclable devant la villa reliant plages à 2kms et bourg à 800m avec tous commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, tabac, supérette, cave, traiteur, pizzas à emporter, coiffeurs, institut de beauté, restaurants...).
