Ideal for parents who want to go on holiday with their adult children! Villa Les Rocs is rented out as a private holiday home at all times, so if you only need the main house, the gite will remain empty. Great service at this vacation home!

Interior
On the ground floor overlooking the backyard is the modern dining kitchen, fully equipped with a central island, a beautiful table that seats 8 people. Special: the kitchen is partly installed in the old fireplace in the kitchen... Large living room with doors that open onto the courtyard garden, here is also the lovely covered terrace. Lovely en-suite bedroom, suitable for wheelchair users. Upstairs you will find two more beautiful and very large bedrooms, one of which can accommodate 4 children as there are 4 single beds, the other upstairs bedroom has a large double bed. Additional bathroom upstairs. Attached to the house is the gite that can accommodate another 2 people (with baby if necessary), with its own living room, bedroom and bathroom (50m2)!

Beautiful fenced private garden in a quiet area. Heated private swimming pool with beautiful terrace. The terrace is sunny with sun loungers, a beautiful tree that provides shade during the hot summer. Parking for 2 cars.

Outside July and August, an additional 200 euros will be charged if you also rent the studio (remains empty if you do not want that).

Pretty village with café-bar/restaurant a few kilometers from Montignac. 5 minutes drive from the amenities of Terrasson/ Montignac with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, cafe bars and restaurants. Sarlat, 20 minutes away, with all shops, good restaurants and cultural events.
