The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in L'Île-Rousse, this charming 95 m² air-conditioned flat less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 7 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A storeroom
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and two single beds
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190), a bathroom with shower and WC
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190), a bathroom with shower
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in l'île-Rousse, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Water sports: sailing, diving, fishing, Scandola marine reserve...
- 15 minutes away, hiking or horse-riding on the Balagne paths
- Visit the villages of Balagne: Pigna, Sant Antonino, Lumio, Belgodère...
- 30 minutes away, long-distance hiking trails: GR20, the Bonifatu forest, the Agriate trail...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public car park near the accommodation.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Ile Rousse station about 6 minutes from the accommodation, Calvi station about 29 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Calvi airport about 25 minutes by car, Bastia airport about 1 hour 15 minutes by car.
- By ferry, Corsica Linea or Corsica Ferries serve L'Ile Rousse directly.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.

- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
