Inside and out, this beautiful house located in the heart of the village of L'Épine, on the island of Noirmoutier, reveals numerous charms. Behind its white walls and light blue shutters, this holiday rental unveils authentic assets such as wooden panelling, beams, a fireplace, and stone walls.



The 3 bedrooms, spread across 2 floors and fitted with parquet flooring, offer a pleasant comfort, thanks to their brand new bedding, changed in 2024. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second has a double bed and a single bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (double at the bottom and single at the top). The house can accommodate up to 7 people (6 adults and 1 child), and equipment such as the travel cot, high chair and changing mat also allow for a baby to be accommodated.



To facilitate daily life during a family stay or with friends, the house offers two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower) as well as two toilets. The large independent kitchen is fully equipped, including a cooker hood and an island. The multi-crêpe maker and the stone grill are available to organize festive dinners. The house is also equipped with television and wifi, as well as board games and books for all ages.



The garden, entirely enclosed by walls and hedges, is planted with trees to preserve your tranquillity. The wooden decked terraces, with garden furniture and barbecue, allow you to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day.



L'Epine is a charming village on the island of Noirmoutier, connected to Vendée by a bridge and a submersible road, the Gois. Shops, bakeries, bars, crêperie, and convenience store are gathered in the town centre. The beach of L'Epine is located 1 km from the rental. On this side of the island, it extends through a succession of sandy beaches and areas for shore fishing. Coastal paths and cycling routes crisscross the island, traverse the salt marshes, reach Noirmoutier and its colourful market, the pretty beach of Bois de la Chaize, the lively port of L'Herbaudière, the quaint village of Le Vieil... Each activity and walk is an opportunity to discover the natural sites, typical heritage, and hidden corners of the island. You can rent bicycles just a few steps from the house.
