"Outside was not maintained, grass was not cut and leaves from last fall on the ground. Cabin is very outdated, floor in bathroom has weak spots and linoleum was peels up. Bathtub was dirty, when the jets got turned on black moldy debris came out of them. Bare wires sticking out of the wall in the living room, light bulbs burned out in bathroom. Only one coffee cup available for coffee. Window air conditioning unit was put in but had open space between unit and window frame. Had to buy duct tape to cover the opening to prevent insects from coming in."
