The bathroom was dirty, less than half a roll of toilet paper at check-in, and found small pieces of trash in the room. I would have rated the staff higher except for the person working the breakfast bar had a " I dont want to be here attitude" everyone else was really great.

This review is for Hotels.com, i booked this stay, when at hotel they could not find reservation. Took 2 hours to try and figure out problem and ultimately had to cancel with Hotels.com and then book the room in person.. worst Hotels.com experience i have had. Which is obvious from the fact your asking for review of a stay Hotels.com did not facilitate!!
