Great to get a call a couple of hours after I arrived for staff to ask if everything was OK - yes it was. My one recommendation - extremely firm beds are not good for everyone. I had a terrible sleep as the mattress was so firm there was insufficient 'give' to support my body correctly, and my hips were aching.

The staff at reception are excellent - very accommodating, helpful and friendly. I witnessed one of the receptionists having to deal with a rude customer, the receptionist was very calm and fair with her. The room itself provided everything we needed for a one night stay.

I’m asking whether Expedia can include this $100 bond in the total cost breakdown, as I overlooked it. Having it shown in the full total would help remind future customers to read the details carefully. Overall, the stay was comfortable, with easy access to everything we needed. The amenities were convenient, and it made for a great overnight stay.
