Great hotel and conveniently located next to a shopping mall. No need for taxis everywhere. The staff from the Concierge to the reception staff were excellent. Would book again.

Fabulous service and location

It was a fabulous stay as great location and convenient as its part mid valley mall! We were put in a smaller room initially but with the extra rollaway bed it was too squeezy for 3 pax, so thankfully they managed to change to a bigger room on the 3rd day as I requested to upgrade but no better rooms were available. Thanks to the staff who assisted in finding us a bigger room :)

About to start renovating

The property is quite tired, with minor issues like power points not working. At the time of check in, the clerk said that the hotel property would be closing on March 1st to be renovated into residences (as is the case for the property next door).

The rooms smelled mouldy. There was no hot water supply from one afternoon till mid-next morning. There was no apology or reimbursement for the inconvenience caused to guests. Towels were threadbare and the aircon was inconsistent, and the controls didn’t work. This is a five-star hotel? I don’t think so.
