The location was great and parking needs to be at the Central Market. First outlook was great, lobby ambiance and staff was very friendly. The downside was just the cleanliness & maintenance of the room. Bedsheet pillowcase was not changed and had hair on it but they changed it immediately. The room need abit of maintenance but for the price we pay, i guess it is alright and it is only for a night.

Very handy central location. Possible to walk to some attractions but very usefully close to 2 metro stations. Once you have your metro pass you're able to anywhere easily. Beautiful and plentiful breakfast, both Asian and European style. Friendly, helpful staff.

The property manager has been extremely unprofessional. Despite my efforts to reach out to him personally to discuss the inconveniences I experienced during my stay, I have received no response even after checking out. The room provided was dusty, and the lift was broken for two days, which was particularly inconvenient as my room was on the 5th floor. When I checked in, I requested a better room, but the staff informed me that the hotel was fully booked for the weekend. The air conditioning in the room was loud and noisy, making it impossible to sleep during my 4-night stay. The shower water was cold and inconsistent, with only minimal hot water available. Despite my daily requests at the counter and leaving the sign on the door, the staff did not clean the room. Adding on, let me put this down by chronology : Day 1 : Check in at 9pm , Already reach out to your staff for a new room. Staff said room fully booked throughout the weekend. (This is your evening staff at Front desk) Day 2 : I inform on a room clean in the morning before I started my visiting in KL for the first time, and contacted Expedia approximately 11pm at night due to the inconveniences that I have during my stay. Day 3 : I reach out to your property at the front desk at 11AM to inform on the issue that I was having but was turned down and given the excuse on : why Did I not reach out to the staff at the counter about the air cond and cold water shower. Also this falls on a Saturday, manager off

Stayed here for three night, on arrival the a/c wasn’t on in our room so it remained completely warm over the next day. It’s also not powerful whatsoever so you don’t feel the effect. Room was okay, very small but was cleaned each day. The shower drain constantly clogged so ended up over flowing onto the floor. Location is good, beside central market and near a train station.

Pleasant stay

Overall my stay was great, not sure why some people give 1 star complaining about the surroundings. You can't have better location if you want to enjoy local life. Staff was good. My room was clean and the bed amazingly comfortable. The swimming pool, was cute and nice view in the evening. Sadly the water was way too cold for my personal taste. I don't give 5 stars only because i think breakfast could be better and more consistent. Some days options were empty, and not refilled. Not many fruits options as well that i don t think in this country should be a problem. Good point was the eggs made on demand. Overall for the price i don't think you can have better. I would definitely come back.

Great location. Hotel could be a bit better.

Small room but comfortable enough and had everything we needed. Air con was not very effective. WiFi was good. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Bed was comfortable and shower was decent. Could do a bit better on the cleaning and room was quite tatty. Great location right next to central market and only a few minutes from Chinatown, rail stations and bus stops

Overall this hotel is valued for the money you paid. Room is well presented but the bedding sheets were not good at all. Sheets felt old and and not fresh. There are a lot of homeless people sleeping outside the hotel. Not many good restaurants nearby.
