Nice boutique hotel which is extremely convenient to chinatown and also other eateries. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Downside is room is not as clean and we would like it. Oddly when they tidy the room they do not wash the coffee mugs.

Nice hotel in a good location. Room was really nice and it was quiet on a night. Don’t book if you want to use the pool or gym though.

transit stopover

One day stopover for business order. It was a good transit and hotelable location amidst f&b amenities certainly not short. The central market is just next door flooded with foods galore and souvenirs delights. The Lrt station just 5mins away. All in all a good stay. I will be back.

Great overall experience

Staff was friendly and nice. Met with the managers by pure happenstance, and just casually mentioned that the refrigerator in the room was not cold enough. Was offered a replacement refrigerator but I declined as it was my last night before flying back. Would definitely come back again!

We really loved our stay in KL thanks to this gem of a hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Staff were very kind and helpful. The studio room is perfect for single or couples. Bed is clean and comfy and the shower quite nice. There's even a bathtub. Slightly noisy at night. The small buffet breakfast is fine. Didn't get to check out the pool. Very handy to be adjoining Central Market.
