The registered address was incorrect; it's actually inside Sunway Pyramid. After retrieving the key from the mailbox, I could take the elevator up from basement floor. After notifying them via WhatsApp that I had entered the room, I was instructed to place the deposit into another mailbox. As a traveler, I didn't know if Sunway Pyramid was safe, but I followed the instructions, took a photo of where I placed it, and shared it with him. The next day, he contacted me saying the deposit was NOT in the mailbox where I placed the cash. He complained that I didn't put it in an envelope, but that wasn't the issue. The problem was making me put cash in a mailbox where it could be stolen. Since the mailbox belonged to him, I asked him to report it to the police and check the security cameras, but he refused to cooperate. He tried to cover it up by saying the amount was wrong, but he doesn't understand the real issue. The problem was making him put cash in an unsafe mailbox. He probably figured if he scammed a traveler, he wouldn't have to waste time at the police station. Since the mailbox is his property, without him taking action, no investigation can happen. Maybe it really was stolen, but I was annoyed he blamed it on me. I hope the next person sees this message and review and avoids getting caught up in trouble.
