I was welcomed back with a lovely smile every time I returned from being out. The Grab rides come to the lobby door incase of rain. The lobby is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. The restaurant is extremely clean, spacious and although I didn't get a meal I did see others eating and it looked delicious and plentiful. Plenty of fast, clean lifts. The room was ready early so when I arrived it was air conditioned with clean, soft, bedding and towels. The bed was comfortable and four pillows. The flat screen tv was easy to see and big enough. Iron and ironing board in excellent condition. Plenty of power points and free toiletries topped up everyday. Also free tea, coffee, sugar, and the milk powder plus two bottles of water daily. Also you're able to rent an umbrella for 2 ringgits per day or approx AUD 60 cents. The pool is plenty big enough with plenty of seating and fresh towels topped up regularly. The area is also cleaned regularly. The gym had the most magnificent views and again, plenty of equipment and very clean. Checkout was fast and easy. The staff again were attentive and very friendly and respectful. Also, so very cheap for 5 nights. AUD $455. Close to or within 25 mins mins of walking to many things. (Funny thing I witnessed. A man requesting a discount on his stay because the COMPLIMENTARY, FREE, SUPPLIED body wash wasn't up to his standard so he didn't use it i Couldn't recommend the Oasia Suites enough. Amazing from day one yo checkout.

We only stayed one night here.. I wish we could have stayed longer! The room was large, spacious and clean with great amenities. The shower was great. We used the gym and pool, both of which were also great!

Nice location close to the airport and everything. But if you look for nice beach, it is not the right area to stay. Hotel offers free airport shuttle, it is a must but make sure to reach out to the hotel like week in advance as they didn’t answer our calls for a few days in advance and we had to pay the taxi at the airport. Communication with them through Expedia was a joke as this hotel only replied to us about airport pickup on on the dây when we were almost leaving.

Another hotel which looks nice until you look too closely. Laminate tiles coming up downstairs and in the halls, waiting for lifts was painfully slow (5+ minutes wait sometimes to go up or down), the shower head kept moving (but water pressure was AMAZING) and bare-minimum plates and cutlery wasn't overly useful when we attempted to eat in one night. The accommodation in our room(s) was nice enough if a little dated, and the pool area was nice to use on the roof, but this is yet another place we stayed in Malaysia where it feels like no low-level maintenance ever occurs, or details don't matter. And the breakfast we paid for was well below par - nothing that ran out was replaced, and it was all a bit low-end for a country with so many amazing food options. The hotel really needs to do a bit better in that regard for the price we're paying. Staff were very friendly and accommodating though, and the location is quite nice, even if there are many options around this area. A bit disappointing overall.

From the moment we checked in all the way to check out, the staff has been super courteous and helpful! Thank you guys for making our stay memorable. I like the location as well, close to everything but tucked away in a little corner with a nice little eatery right beside it that serves cheap but delicious local food.. And yes, the pool was awesome❤️❤️

I really enjoyed my stay! The suites are very luxurious and I really appreciated having a washing machine and kitchen. The AC works very well and I was very comfortable. The pool is also beautiful and there is a 7-Eleven right next door.

Quiet luxury

I stayed in the deluxe suite on 22nd floor and was amazed by the spaciousness and comfort,and importantly,the quiet.Great bathroom with rainfall shower and toilet separate.All you needed was in the kitchen, cutlery for two etc. allowing flexibility for self-catering, TV in the living area and one in the bedroom,minor point but all that was missing was a tea towel equivalent.ocated about 15 mins walk from Petronas towers and KLCC mall, I'd definitely stay there again.

Bad service and had bugs in bed

We stayed two nights first night found some bugs in our beds and desk we thought was accident. Just wiped off with tissue 2nd night found 20bugs in bed it was scary. Called room’ service for some towels and washing powder in first night never brought us. The second night called twice to finally get one. Room was big and modern but the bugs and service were bad

Good stay with minor problems

We stayed 4 nights in a suite that was quite spacious. The downside was the pillows which were to hard. It would have been better with one soft and one hard instead of two hard ones. Another problem was with the lack of indications for the light switches. This resulted of the water heater being turned down and cold showers for 2 days as the switch indicated water heater turned out to be for the kitchen only.

Our 5-night stay was, unfortunately, a disappointing experience. While the rooms are spacious, they’re quite dated, and several issues made our time here uncomfortable. In no particular order: the room was not properly cleaned (and when it was, it amounted to little more than a bin change and some air freshener), there was no hot water, the toilet didn’t flush properly, WiFi was unavailable, and we encountered cockroaches. The gym was outdated and not well maintained, which was a letdown given it was one of the reasons we chose the property. We received no apology until the day we checked out. The staff did facilitate a room change after we raised our concerns—particularly since we were using the kitchen—but their response felt routine, as if complaints were simply part of the daily rhythm. This hotel may have once been a top-tier option, but at its current price point, it’s in need of serious upgrades. We saw other guests requesting refunds during our stay. We didn’t go that far, but it certainly impacted what was meant to be a restful stopover. The one saving grace was the pool area—we didn’t end up using it, but the setting was genuinely lovely and well looked after. It’s a shame the rest of the property doesn’t meet that same standard.
