Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Staff were very friendly especially in the club lounge special thanks to Jabid who was always welcoming, friendly and attentive. Room was cleaned thoroughly daily by a very friendly staff member. The shopping mall was 10minutes from hotel

Perfect 5-star Hotel

Definitely a 5-star hotel with its excellent service and cleanliness. I even received a yummy chocolate cake and some sweets in my room as it was my birthday weekend. The hotel is relatively close to all the malls and cafes near KLCC. I had no problem with my stay from check in to check-out. Loved it. Will visit again.

The room itself was fantastic however we booked for a family of 4 and the bedsides were two large singles so it was very uncomfortable. My kids are 9 and 7 so my wife and I had to take a child each and we struggled to sleep as it was so uncomfortable. When you book for a family of 4 you’d expect to have at least two double beds.

We had a room for 2 adults and 2 children. The two beds provided were inadequate. Both beds were large single beds. We only had two nights stay at the hotel at the end of our two weeks holiday, so I did not want to waste time and complain etc etc, as we had a lot to do before our departure to the UK. But for the two children it wasn’t so bad. But for two adults it was a tight squeeze. When booking a room at this calibre of hotel I would expect that everyone can get a good nights sleep. For my wife and I this was not possible. The hotel was very nice and mostly we were happy, but this sleeping arrangement was a let down which will be hard to forget thus adding a bad memory to the end of our holiday in Malaysia. This was the 4th hotel over the two weeks. None of the others had these small bed arrangements.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff are very friendly. I would have liked to see more Malaysian favorites on the menu. The bed mattress was not as comfortable as I would have liked but overall a very good stay
