We were expecting a washing machine in the apartment. The host did offer to arrange laundry services but we chose not to in the end. The air conditioning units were much too powerful for the space (living room and bedroom). Even at the lowest setting the rooms were freezing.

Great location!

Really convenient location 10 minutes walk from both Bukit Bintang and Petaling Street. Very nice appartment in shape like new. Nice pool area though only sunny (pool area) a couple of hours per day due to buildings blocking the sun. Convenient small restaurants and stores on the street. Make sure to call first and arrange for check in.
