Overall okay

Air conditioning is central therefore cannot adjust temperature in the room. Lights in the room can be replaced with brighter ones. Better if there are more English TV channels Free water dispenser in the lobby. Shower was good. No breakfast. Better if check in is at 1 pm. Receptionists good. Overall okay. No serious complaints.

Clean, big bathroom, centralised aircon, good location. Place has seen better days, and although roomy, the rooms' glory is fading. If you can get it for USD 15 or less including all add on fees, then well worth it.

Malaysia trip

First of all there was no way I could check-in early; there is no such of thing with them! The picture of the place is deceiving! I tried to tell the Front desk Attendant that we needed two beds; well the reservation I made said “Full bed or twin beds”; and they only had a full bed. When I tried to beg him to please get us twins; he just stated that I needed to wait until check-in time and if they had it, they had it if not then it was my choice (I blame this on me because I should have never booked it); I ended up going to China Town (2)!

Great stay in the deluxe room

Deluxe Room is more comfortable than standard room as it has it's own a/c in addition to the central (uncontrollable) a/c. Large windows give a great view of the city. Variety of reasonably priced food within the area and close to free GOKL bus stop. Friendly staff and housekeeping asks everyday if you need cleaning or fresh towels. Only con is a lady boy kept coming into the hotel and fell asleep on the lobby couch near the elevator and no one made him/her leave despite all the snoring... Overall: #ExclusiveTrail approves

Pros: prime location, close to well priced delicious food, near GoKL bus stop (free transit), friendly staff, elevator in lobby (2nd floor), cold/hot water dispenser in lobby. No PARKING AT ALL...

I filter for my hotel searching with Car Park... this hotel show have car park... but when i arrive.. not easy to find 1st.. wrong information that they give to expedia have car park.. YEAH have car park but in other premise about 1 hour rm3.50 and public parking 1 hour rm5... crazy expensive... then thanks expedia refund my money and dont too believe with any information about this hotel...

Clean comfortable room

Good room, clean, comfortable, free drinking water, helpful staff. Only negative is that it is a centralised air conditioning which meant that the smell of durian often engulfed our room!

Good location, but hotel looks tired

Location right in the centre of Chinatown was great. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room needs a bit of TLC. No hot water for the shower. Wifi wasn't great. Did have 24 hour reception which suited my needs.

Nice hotel and staff were friendly. I stayed in ac room and could hear the person in the bext room singing at 4am which was not nice. The rest of the experience was good and the food right outside is amazing, so many options and alot of cheap shopping

This hotel is the cheapest hotel in KL given that it is situated in China Town where you can find cheap and nice stuff esp souvenirs. A lot of delectable Chinese food to choose from. Front desk personnel are also okay.

Everything is awesome here, especially the location. The room will be cleaned everyday for you. Although my room is so small but it is still ok because I spend whole day outside. Overall I recommend this hotel and will stay here if I come back KL.
