Eq Hotel sets the standard for luxury accommodation. From the minute we arrived to our departure we were treated like royalty. Every request was accommodated. Mini bar and snacks were a lovely surprise. Breakfast buffet was out of this world. Special thank you to the bell boy at breakfast entry. He is so fun and happy He made me a coffee to take on my outing which was much appreciated. Only suggestion would be a seating area at the main entrance as I sat on the water feature by accident thinking it was a seat. For which I do apologise. Thank you for having us.

Lovely spacious room. Immaculately clean. Staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the buffet dinner, food was great, huge choice something for everyone. The lady who appeared to be overseeing the service was particularly helpful and had a friendly and informative manner. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Fantastic stay in KL

Wonderful very comfortable and relaxed stay. Room:36 th floor- beautiful spacious bed v comfy view amazing of twin towers. Blackout blinds brilliant. Shower v powerful - lovely. Lifts: v fast no waiting. Secure - can only get to ur own floor with key card Sky bar51 awesome views and night skyline. pumping music - bit too loud at times hard to talk. Cocktails very nice. Slightly pricey £15 but expected for views and 5* Service: very good @ reception and breakfast. Didn’t eat in hotel - looks amazing but expensive. Breakfast: wide variety & tasty but everything is Luke warm - only real criticism. They don’t close kids on food warmers. Location right in centre so accessible. Walked to most things within 1 km Hotel airport transfer bookable easy and cheaper than cab ! Really recommend this hotel. Ticks all the boxes. We are returning for a night before travelling home

Great hotel and great stay

Great hotel and great location. Big rooms, lots of amenities including unlimited refills of a free minibar. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Parking is free if you’re a guest. Rooftop bar has a great view and guests can walk in without a reservation. TVs in rooms are old fashioned pay per view style with a few rubbish channels, and the remote is bespoke so no option to watch your own streaming services like a more modern setup would allow - this is my only criticism.

We liked the complimentary upscale coffee, drinks and snacks in the minibar, combs, and other vanity items. Our premium room had a view of both the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. The room is luxurious and refined, the best one we've stayed in. The unique striped color pattern on the exterior of the hotel walls made it easy for us to see and find our way back from walking excursions; very unique and stand out from nearby hotels.

EQ hotel is easily the best and most luxurious hotel we've ever stayed at, and we've been to a number of 5* hotels. We liked the complimentary drinks in the minibar, as well as all the complimentary items and amenities in the room. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, and its unique striped color lighting on the hotel exterior made it easy for us to find our way back from our walking excursions. If we ever visit Kuala Lumpur again, we will for sure stay at the EQ again.
