On the outskirts, 2.8 km from the centre of Vassgårda, 10 km from the centre of Kristinehamn, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 30 m from the edge of the forest, 50 m from the lake, direct access to the beach, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 6'000 m2, garden lawn 1'500 m2 flowers. Motor boat (on order), Rowing boat, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Grocery 10 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 10 km, bicycle rental 10 km, bus stop 10 km, railway station "Kristinehamn" 10 km, sandy beach "Skymningens badplats" 11 km, bathing lake "Stora vilången" 50 m.
