There was no information that free parking was limited and despite it was one of the criteria for choosing the hotel there was nothing available. Also there was no information that checheck in , check out and breakfast was in a separate hotel about 100 meters away. A panel in the shiwer door was missing and lastly it was impossible to get hot water in the sink that i needed to take medicine...water in sink wouldnt even get luke warm

Just not recommended

It took us 15+ minutes to figure out where we were supposed to be for check in because of the address. It sent us to the kiosk not the actual front desk. Then we had to pay for parking, we had to park behind the main building then walk down the street about a block or two to the kiosk to stay. It was hot in our room and we could fix that even by opening the window. Beautiful park of town but hotel just not recommended.

Disappointed

The hotel didn't have own check-in, it was in an another hotel near that looked fancy and had nice staff. Our hotel was situated inside a apartment-building. The flow of the water in the bathroom sink was very slow. Small and warm room. We needed to have the window open during night to keep the temperature ok. A lot of noices outside the window early in the morning (some machine was running). The breakfast were in the building where the check-in was, but it was cold when we got there and there was only one bread left. Although the people was nice but all the nice things seem to be in the more fancy hotel. Parking was great and free for guests.

Prydligt rent rum. Skön säng. 1 kudde då det ”tipsade” jag hotellet om att ha två och gärna av olika fasthet. I övrigt trevlig personal och serviceminded. Frukost var okej. Den va tråkig. Lugnt och fridfullt i Kristinehamn även min vistelsetid var över helg.

Det är ett väldigt enkelt hotell som ligger mitt i stan. Frukosten äter man på stadshotellet som ligger 100m bort och den var ok men inte så mkt mer.
