The staff John was beyond useless. I called down to the office three times for room 212 making excessive noise from basically 11 till 2 am. When I called down the second time he told me he walked the halls and heard nothing. I invited him to our room he stated he would be up in a bit that never happened. I took it upon myself to figure out where the noise was coming from. I went to the office told John to come with me I figured it out for him. He told me if I didnt like it we could leave and stay some where else I asked him if thats how this works that respectful paying he people should have to leave. He had no response for my question He then wanted me to tell him what room who it was as you could hear the music and noise plain as day. He gently knocks on the door saying litely front desk. What a joke no one answered him it was as if he was scared to do his job.

It was a good value (low cost) but the breakfast was just continental (coffee, juice, muffin, protein bar, yogurt cup) and hotel common areas were not the cleanest and no elevator yet 3 stories. Met basic needs for a room for just me, but I know my wife and daughters wouldn’t have liked it. So just average.
