Friendly staff, lovely clean rooms with air con. Pool is nice although I didn't go in it this stay. The hotel is a bit further from the main road so nice and quiet, and still walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. They even have a cheap shuttle to the airport available to book. I arrived a bit early and they managed to check me into my room a little early too.

A lovely friendly place

A lovely small 20 room hotel. From reception check in to passing cleaners or reserving one of their motorcycles everyone was just so friendly and efficient. Our room was one of the 3 corner rooms with double aspect floor to ceiling windows and double balcony. A good size it easily met the most important requirements of being immaculately clean and with clean bedclothes. Equipped with TV we didn't try, fridge, good WiFi, a/c, safe room tea and coffee and two water bottles delivered every day. Breakfast isn't included, and isn't actually available, there are several local cafes open very early to provide this. The small but useable clean pool was very welcome in the heat, clean with 8 sunbeds, perhaps a few more might be needed at busy times. 1.6km from the sea front, easier downhill than coming home or easier still with the small motorbikes they rent at very reasonable prices. They can also book the same range of tours as offered by the busy shops selling them in the town. At the price point you might wonder, is it going to be OK?. The answer is definitely yes.

Great place to stay away from the noise.

Really lovely hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a good shower and effective air conditioning. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but there are plenty of places to eat and drink near by if you don’t fancy the walk. The distance from the main streets means it’s a bit quieter than some of the other hotels around Ao Nang. The receptionist was very helpful and organised a motorcycle for us at a good price. All in all a great place to stay.

This is the place

If I could go higher for the service provided I would. These are the nicest people ever. My boyfriend and I have names that aren’t super common, but they remembered them after check in and greeted us each time we passed by. Super kind. They would ask whether or not we wanted our room serviced each day and still provide us with free waters and coffee if we were not in need. They are so kind and very reasonable and helpful if you need help with anything. Plus, they also offer motorbike rentals that are in great condition. Like, even if you don’t stay there rent your bikes from them. We got a smaller engine from there than the last bike we rented, but these people take care of everything and their smaller bike worked so much better for the two of us. Not to mention, being cleaner and riding smoother. 10/10 on everything

The Friendliest hotel ever!

We had a great 5 nights here.The welcoming was brillant and the couple who run the hotel are extremely friendly and efficient. It is abit of a stroll from the beach out 15 minutes however there are shops and bars the whole way down and its a flat road. Rooms are clean and a spacious, pool area was clean and relaxing. Would deffiently recommend.

Very nice hotel on Aonang. It’s not on the beach but within walking distance from it. The hotel is surrounded by the best dining places in Aonang area. Recommended!

The family owned resort is ok for 1/2 nights, the owners were very friendly and helpful but there is no staff for room service. Rooms were nice and clean but no lift. The rooms are very heated up with the balcony facing east. The aircon was very slow and didn't cool the room even after setting it to 17°C for the whole night. The owner set us up with a one day tour to phiphi and 4 island which we enjoyed.

Nice and quiet, away from the main areas of nightlife. The owners, Fast & Ha, were terrific. They went out of their way to make our stay wonderful, from giving us complementary bowls of Rambutan & Mangosteen, when they learned our kids liked them, to helping us with setting up our day excursion and taxi to the airport. They were wonderful people and I would highly recommend staying at Ao Nang Sea Valley Resort.

I booked this hotel for six nights and was blown away by their customer service. The hotel is new, modern, and very clean. There is a medium size pool that is well taken care of that I used very often . It has a very convenient location because it is within walking distance to the beach, local shops, and restaurants. The owners went above and beyond to make sure that customer feels at home and comfortable. They took pride of taking care of their hotel and their guests. Haa is very knowledgeable about any tours that you have questions on. I really appreciate how much the owners helped me during my stay. I had an incident after I left Krabi, I believed I left my watch in a massage shop nearby that I got a massage few days before. I called Fas and he quickly try to help me locate it all day. I finally found it. I was impressed on how dedicated he was to help me. My daughter and I came to Krabi and did not expect much but we ended up making many memories and cherish able friendships. We definitely will come back again. I really recommend this hotel.
