支配人が最悪
今まで、多くのホテルをドットコムで予約したが、一番の最悪な所でした。
予約を忘れた支配人がとった行動は、違うホテルへの宿泊。4つ星プール朝食付とのこと、逆ギレしてきたので、その条件でたのホテルに泊まると、確かにプールはあるが、とても4つ星とは思えなく、2つ星、しかも朝食は300B取られる
電話で聞くと、こちらがキャンセルしなかったから、キャンセルするとキャンセル代が入り、その文朝食代に回せるとの事。あり得ない考えでした。
クラビ にはまた行くが、私は絶対に二度とここには泊まらない。結局支配人の男は謝罪の言葉はありませんでした。
ホテルにもドットコムにもがっかりです。せっかくの旅行が台無しですよ

今までで一番最悪だった
5年前からホテルドットコムを使用し始めて80泊以上の宿泊を予約してきましたが今回ほどヒドイ所はなかった、一番最悪だった。数ヶ月前に予約したにも関わらずホテルのボスのミスで予約できていなかった、最初はミスを全く認めず、ボスの逆ギレでほかのホテルを勧めてきた。施設がよければ良いが、最悪だった。シャワーはチョロチョロだし部屋は汚く、ドアが斜めで隙間があり蚊が大量 に入ってくる。何と言ってもボスの態度が最悪、結局最後まで謝罪の言葉は一度もなかった、今年もクラビーに行くが、私は絶対に泊まらない。私は許せなかった。
