Thank you to the following staff who helped us during our stayed at BP International. They were Sam, Wilbert and Billy who were professional, friendly, willingness to help when we were having difficulties to get to High Speed Station from the hotel and finally able to catch a taxi to the airport. Thank you so much, you provided an outstanding customer service. We definitely will stay again on our next visit to Hong Kong.

Check in is listed as 2pm on Expedia. This was refused and stated as 3pm at the hotel. 2pm was stated as the registration time only. The rooms were too cold. Housekeeping were setting the aircon to 10'c each day even though we kept switching it off. The room was functional but dated. We booked a suite, but this felt like a large motel room. Small things frustrated too. There was only one dressing gown. One tea bag etc. However the room was well serviced and reception / concierge efficient.

The hotel is in a great location although our taxi driver couldn't initially get us there because he had difficulty finding a way to get outside it. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful. The only thing I think they need to get sorted is the availability of water in the room. I totally agree with water not being provided in plastic bottles but there should be a way customers could fill up their reusable water bottles. We got told to buy water at a shop which defeats the object really luckily the staff in the restaurant were more helpful than those on reception. It took us a while to realise what BP stood for, Baden Powell the father of scouting

This hotel is in a very convenient location. There are many stores around it. It’s 2 blocks away from the entrance to the underground train system and 15 minute walk to the West Kowloon Train Station and the China Immigration to issue 240-hour temporary visa is there. You can land in Hong Kong before going to China, but you need to go to another country like Macau within 10 days in order for them to issue the temporary visa. They also need to know all your accommodations. You cannot return to Hong Kong on your tenth day. This hotel serves this purpose for me. The hotel is clean, and the staff are nice. However, the bathroom is very tiny. I, an average Asian man, can hardly fit in there. I don’t know if a more premium room has better accommodation. However, I’ve been in other buildings like the hallway going upstairs to the bathroom in a Jollibee restaurant can hardly fit one person and the same with the bathroom. It could be that building spaces in Hong Kong are precious and miniaturized for their intended purpose and no excess.

We were early and requested for early check in while booking, Made to wait until 2:30pm even though rooms seem to be available. Considering the cost, no water is provided, not even a bottle. Small rooms. Only one charging slot for type c and b. Only Chinese output support plugs. Pros - Baggage kept after check out. Location is great for metro and bus.

The hotel is centrally located for convenience. The room size is on the small side but manageable. Although the hotel is situated on a busy street and near the highway interchange, the hotel is relatively safe all around and the room is quiet enough.
