This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo has just undergone a remodel, featuring fresh paint, split duct air conditioning, new carpeting, and updated decor. With 1,600 square feet of space, it offers an open kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and two private lanais. Sleeping 6 comfortably, the condo is furnished with 2 queen beds and 1 king bed.

Designed for comfort, this unit comes equipped with all the amenities you need to feel at home, including free high-speed WiFi, Samsung Smart TVs, Bluetooth Sonos speakers, a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Excellent property. We were impressed by how well stocked the property is! The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed - nice pans, multiple coffeee make options, a wide variety of cooking utensils, and plenty of bowels, plates, and glassware for different occasions. There was also a closet with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler bag, picnic blanket, as well as other household necessities. The unit is nicely decorated and appears to be newly remodeled.

Dreamy Kauai Condo

This is the perfect place to unwind and rest after long beach and mountain days on Kauai! The condo has beautiful beachy decor, was clean, and well stocked with everything you need! Everything was in good working order and host communication was prompt, warm and thorough. Very comfortable for travel with kids - mine are 7 and 9. 12/10 would absolutely return!

Very clean, well stocked, spacious and truly well cared for property. We all LOVED the location, walking the green belts to various beaches etc. Quiet, good AC. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that was provided. Great kitchen and eating area. Host was the best and gave us good recs for surfing.This was a perfect spot for both adults and teens!

Everything you need in Poipu, Kauai

This was our first trip to Kauai, and the island definitely lived up to its reputation as the most beautiful… our VRBO was the cherry on top!We had plenty of room for five of us, and the place was clean and inviting (starting with a welcome gift of chocolate-covered macadamias!). When we had a minor issue with one of the sliding doors, Tim was over to fix it within hours. The owners are not stingy with supplies – plenty of toilet paper and paper towels – and were helpful with info about the island – in addition to the extensive guide book they provided.We will definitely be back! Mahalo!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious condo in Poipu! We really enjoyed how easy it was to walk to the beautiful nearby beaches. The condo is equipped with beach basics - towels, chairs, beach bag and cooler - so handy! It is thoughtfully decorated and the rooms were just right for our family of 4. The kitchen was stocked with a nice assortment of pots, pans & cooking utensils. The condo was clean and felt like our home away from home. Bryan was very responsive and a wonderful host!

Kauai Kristmas

My husband and I along with adult kids and their spouses spent Christmas at this rental. The space was bigger than I had thought. Everything we needed was there - beach equipment-chairs/towels/umbrella /cooler. Kitchen had more than enough dishes/pots & pans. Maybe a pizza pan could be added. We used the washer/dryer a few times. We were glade to be on the second floor. We had 2 rental cars, which they said was fine. We did get a parking ticket in the first day but there was no actual charge. After contacting the manager - we were given a second parking tag. We did have someone in our assigned parking spot one night and again, contacted the manager who got security there right away to fine us another legal place to park. Management was very responsive. We were only about 3 blocks from the beach - easy walking path leads to Poipu Beach. A couple eating places there as well. All of us give the thumbs up and would stay there again. Kauai is a beautiful island to stay at!! Aloha!

All communication with owner and property manager was TOP NOTCH! The home was spotless and well appointed which made it easy for us to maintain the cleanliness throughout our stay. There was plenty of room to stretch out and a great common area for meals and cards. We had a great BBQ by the pool as well! Thank you!

Great Location for Kauai Stay

My wife and I and our two adult children very much enjoyed our stay. I was worried about the upstairs bedroom being open to sound in the morning since we have a mix of early risers and night owls. However we found that the outdoor deck was a great hangout while my son slept upstairs, even though it overlooks the paring lot and main road (which is not heavily traveled) - we spent every morning having breakfast and enjoying the morning air out there. We also enjoyed being a 10 minute walk from the Poipu area beaches, and found Poipu to be a good central location, allowing visits to the northern beaches as well as Waimea Canyon. The south side of the island also gets more sun than the north side, which worked out well given the amount of rain that Kauai receives. We also recommend the nearby Athletic Club for lunch as well as takeout spot Da Crack in addition to the other more notable restaurants in the area. The beach chairs, beach blanket, extra beach towels, and cooler were very handy as well.

Cool and comfortable oasis

This property is clearly loved and lived in. Not only is it beautifully decorated, it is also very functional. They really had everything we needed for a fantastic Hawaiian vacation. The property manager was prompt and helpful. My kids loved the pool. It's not huge, but they could play there for hours (ages 7 and 9). My husband loved the air conditioning. I loved that they had tons of hooks to hang towels and swimsuits. I would stay here again.

Perfection!!!

This was one of the nice stuff VRBO properties we have ever stayed in. First booking, checki-in and check out procedures where very smooth. Communication with Elite Pacific who manages the property was amazing prior to and during our stay. The condo unit is beautiful! Immaculately clean, light and airy, beautiful decor! The pictures online do not do it justice. All the amenities in the unit are top of the line including kitchen utensils and small appliances. We immediately felt right at home. The linens are top of the line and beds were all very comfortable. With the upstairs loft space we had plenty of room to spread out as well. Now to the location—it was walkable to Shipwreck, Brenneckes, and Poi’pu beach. Close to restaurants, shopping and a short drive to all the activities we wanted to do. Not to mention stocked with all the beach accessories we needed including chairs, umbrella, toys and cooler. We had a wonderful time and would definitely Betsy here in our next trip back to Kauai!
