This house was a spectacular place to stay for our vacation! The view of the ocean from the lanai was fabulous, we were able to watch whales breaching in the ocean from the comfort of this home! Proximity to the beaches and several restaurant/bars is true as stated in the listing-a short walk! Chris, our host, is one of the nicest and most accommodating we have ever had. Chris was a welcoming host, very responsive to questions, and best of all, the accommodations exceeded our expectations.We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony, the well-stocked beach gear room, and the quick walk to the beach.Most of us took morning and evening walks to check out the turtles on the beach. Overall, the property had everything we wanted during our stay in Poipu. The house was spacious, clean and stocked with all the right amenities. It was walking distance to beaches and came stocked with everything you would need at the beach. The owner was very communicative and the checkin/checkout process was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect with a quick walk to two of the best beaches (Brenneckes & Poipu). Plus the layout of the house is great (where the downstairs quarters could be completely secluded if one desires). The host was great and easy to work with. This great property is located one block off the beach with many outstanding amenities. A fantastic home 100 yards from the ocean!

This house was perfect for the 6 of us and the host Chris was so helpful and attentive. The house is 100 yards from the ocean and had all the amenities we needed. It is also stocked with plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc. Look no further for your place to stay in Poipu. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting Kauai.
