Nani Hale, is in one of Poipu's most desirable neighborhoods known as Poipu Beach Estates. Built in 2013, Nani Hale offers 10-12 ft ceilings with the Master bedroom suite having its own wing off the entry level. Two guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the entry along with a large living area and a fourth bedroom upstairs. Too many complaints to list. TVs are difficult to use not a smart tv, Pool and spa didnt work the whole time. The property management company was no help and wouldnt respond with any urgency. For the price you can find a better option

Super house with great layout: 2 rooms to the right side, primary BR to the left and two rooms (1 BR separate door to lounge room w good fold out sofa bed) and a bath upstairs. Everything as expected from photos. Great location w quick access to nice beaches, restaurants and shopping.

Loved the Nani Hale! Pictures don't quit capture how nice it is. Was everything we hoped for & more. Has just about every amenity one could ask for. Kitchen extremely well equipped, pool & hot tub were great and the beds were quite comfy. Quiet neighborhood and close to plenty of shopping & restaurants. Management company was excellent and communicated well. No complaints at all! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect family home

Very well kept home in nice neighborhood. Pool and spa enjoyed by all of us (6 adults 2 kids - 2 year olds). Additional bedroom and living room upstairs that we did not use and would be nice for accommodating one more couple. Location is awesome and close to several restaurants and beaches.
