100% would stay here again!

My only comments are simply to try and be helpful because this place was FABULOUS!!! It was close to everything we needed to do. So, comment one would just be to perhaps provide a map of the actual condo locations OR better lighting because our unit was difficult to find in the dark. The only other comment is the master bedroom carpet has a large ripple and should be re-stretched as it is atripping hazard. has a large

Top of the line

Very comfortable stay, fully provisioned living area with beautiful art and furnishings throughout. The welcome basket was well appreciated. Beach chairs, etc. were also very useful. The office cubby, the laundry enclosure, cleaning supplies, etc. - well thought through. Much appreciated!

Cozy Quiet Convenient - love the place!

We stayed three nights at this condo and enjoyed it so much that we want to come back again. The location is very convenient, close to Poipu Beach where you can see sea turtles everyday. The complex is so quiet and peaceful, much better compared to a crowded hotel. The room is well maintained, and you can find everything you need for a house. The only complaint, if I must say, is the corner of the wood bed frame of the master bedroom. Call me clumsy and my knee bumped into the corner for 3~4 times (once a day). Malaho!

Beautiful spot for Kauai

This was the perfect spot for our big family vacation. The AC in the unit was amazing!!! The place was VERY Clean, spacious, and came with everything you could need. In the garage there was everything you’d need for the beach including: 2 really nice Tommy Bahamas chairs, 2 other beach chairs, sand mats, a beach tent, HUGE plastic igloo cooler on wheels, towels, Tommy Bahamas umbrella. That made our beach day GREAT! Our only problem was that communication with the owners was very difficult as this is owned by a vacation home service not a homeowner so they never really replied to VRBO messages. There was a phone number to call which always had a 10-15 min hold to get to an employee who didn’t know much about the actual unit. For example before our stay i had messaged on Vrbo to ask about coffee maker and i never received a message back and on our stay it didn’t have any extra garbage bags in the unit. I had to call the number and was told they put in a request. An actual person did text me the next day and brought some trash bags for the unit but, the 3rd party aspect of this stay was a bit cumbersome. Overall I would definitely book again and recommend to anyone staying on the island

Wonderful place to stay!

The communication for staying at this property was great. We had all the details we needed before we arrived. The location is great for staying near the southern shore of the island. The space for my family was perfect and everything we could have needed was available. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip!

Awesome stay!

Even though this place is not sitting right on the beach, it is only the quickest drive (maybe 3 mins!) to one of the nicest beaches on the entire island! This place was so nice, extremely clean and had everything our family of 4 needed plus way more. The community is nice and quiet and inviting. Great location! Shopping center with food options (and Starbucks) 1 minute away. Other great restaurants less than 5 minutes away. Highly recommend!

Best place I've stayed at, hands-down

Of all the short-term home rentals I've stayed at over the past few years, this was my best experience in so many regards. Beautiful location, good interior layout, nice kitchen, well-kept, spacious, and amazing patio that is open to grounds. Almost all the little things were taken care of here! Maybe it's Kauai talking, but I do believe staying here greatly enhanced the experience. A couple things that could be improved though: - The wifi kept going out in the middle of the night and had to be rebooted every morning. - The guest bathroom toilet paper could have used the nicer toilet paper that was in the bedrooms. Overall, magnificent stay; highly recommended!

Gorgeous apartment in Poipu!

This apartment is beautifully designed, with lots of nice touches. It was clean and had everything we needed. Our family of five was comfortable. The pool is lovely. The apartment is very close to a few shopping centers/restaurants and to the gorgeous Poipu beaches. We highly recommend this property. Mahalo!

Nice property in great location

Nice modern property with good amenities - pool and gym, outdoor grills. Short walk to shops, golf, restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed our Athletic Club membership as well for casual dining and activities. Our rental also included a car which was excellent. My only negative is that being in a ground floor unit you do hear the people above you.

This was our first family vacation to Kauai and we were grateful to have this condo!!! The unit was ground floor, clean, modern and very comfortable. The thoughtful details management provides to welcome you to their property appreciated. Not only did the condo have a full kitchen with basic appliances and oils and spices but they also provided beach accessories needed to keep our two kids engaged and happy; beach toys, boogie boards, travel cooler, beach towels, beach umbrella and beach chairs! It was gorgeous to wake up to the sunrise, have breakfast on the lanai and listen and watch the resident roosters and chickens, which really was most pleasant. The pool is a half block from the house and completely kid friendly! We BBQ'd every night here while the kids swam. The only annoyance started midweek when the neighbors upstairs arrived and you could hear them walking. Other than that, the condo had ceiling fans throughout, air-conditioning, washer and drier, onsite recycling and beautiful interior amenities. Getting to the beach is a 4 minute drive and super convenient to park and explore the shoreline. Koala Town is 6 minutes away and has a reasonable grocery store, cute shops, and delicious dining options. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully very soon. Mahalo.

Wonderful new condo unit in Pili Mai

Great new ground floor unit in Pili Mai, a new development near Poipu beach. Convenience and close proximity to shops and restaurants at the south end of the island. Great unit with high end appliances and amenities. Everything was well thought out and well equipped. Enjoyed the stay fully. Please keep in mind that this is a ground floor unit and there are other tenants upstairs. Depending on circumstances, heavy children foot steps can occasionally be transmitted to your unit. But lovely otherwise.
