Expedia should consider removing Kanda Koh Samui from its roster. We prepared a 12/31/25 stay here. Upon arrival we learned quickly that the property has been neglected. Trash piled up near entrance, staffer told us that the pool was being filled in our villa before we could see it. That was a lie. Pool was not filled for our villa. In fact, once we checked in we found the pool with about four inches of water, a leaking toilet, a leak around a sink while the same sink did not drain. Two AC units not working well and no light in a shower. Bad all around. We requested a refund through Expedia and shared some photos of the condition of the property. If it hadn’t been for Expedias responsiveness and some quick foot work on my part we would have spent our New Year’s Eve in this place. I expressed to the lead staffer, Bruce, and Expedia that the false advertising done by Kanda should cease before someone takes legal action-if it hasn’t begun already. I recommend that you steer way clear of this place.
