This is a great option of overnighting in Warsaw, mainly because it’s so close to the airport. I could have walked there, but since they have a free shuttle and I had a suitcase, I took that instead.
It’s not the best if you want to see downtown Warsaw, because it will probably take 20-30 minutes by bus to get there. I didn’t do that because I ran out of time the morning before my flight, but otherwise I would have.
There are convenient stores and a bakery within 10 minutes walking distance to the east, and I saw on the map some other similar stores within walking distance to the west.
There was some confusion about the shuttle pickup about where exactly I was supposed to find the shuttle. I had to wait a while, but it was because of miscommunication (maybe lack of communication) between me and the hotel receptionist about where to find the shuttle. If you find yourself waiting a while, call the hotel again and explain more specifically what exit you’re at, and ask for more details on where the shuttle will come to.
If you are visiting from outside of Europe and don’t have a SIM card that works, and if your phone supports E-SIMs, I suggest Airalo as a convenient option for getting a short-term travel sim that will allow you to call the hotel.
As for the hotel room itself, I thought it was very nice, considering the cost. I paid for the cheapest room, and it wasn’t perfect, but quite nice. For the price, it was great!
