Most horrible hotel services I’ve encountered. Checked in with my boyfriend at around 8pm. The place was deserted. Our bedding and the sofa cushions were stained. After settling in, we decided to get dinner at the hotel restaurant. Regret. We went up to the second floor and it was dead empty- literally, no staff, no customers. We ordered the beef salad, green curry with duck, and Bolognese. The curry was watery and the duck was beyond dry and brown. Pasta was also dry and bland, ordered a mojito, but got a margarita. My boyfriend, was tired, stressed, and dissatisfied with the price and quality of the food, so he decided to talk to the manager. Talked to the manager- she took the entrees off our bill. All was dandy. Until another waiter comes up to out table, one we've never met before-Solae. He approached us with a hostile attitude. The tone of his voice immediately turned the whole situation personal. “So you don’t like our food?” My boyfriend told him yes and that we had already wrote down our complaints. Waiter repeats and we say yes once more. We must have said yes about five times and every time we did he would produce this incredulous face, throw his hands up like the world’s his oyster, and smile out into the ocean like he cant believe we had the balls to speak up. “So everyone here likes the food, but you? Over 200 ppl and only you don't like?" NO, read the reviews. Man, I need at least 3,000 characters to finish this. Checked out the next day and got a refund. Fin.
