New memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms. Top of the line Samsung washer and steam dryer in laundry room. Private rear patio overlooking spacious well maintained backyard. Desk and computer workstation in front entry family room and upstairs guest room. 5G and 2.4 G fiber optic Wi-Fi included. Comfortable seating on power leather couch and reclining swivel rocking chairs in addition to dining seating for ten people. 1. All weekend rentals during football season (Sept 1 through Dec 1)must be for Friday and Saturday night together.
No campers, motorhomes, or trailers of any type. There is no parking for them. No pets of any kind.
No candles or open flame of any type in the house or on the patio except for birthday cake candles. No use of the firepit in the back yard.
