Little Ponderosa Cabin including Hot tub, Fishing, & Pets ok- near UTK

Experience the best Knoxville has to offer! Why stay in a cramped, noisy hotel when you can have all this room and privacy? Minutes to everything, but a world away! Little Ponderosa is our 1160 sq. ft. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom cabin located on gated16 acres of woods & pasture. You have it all here. Peace and quiet? Check. Hot tub and front porch? Yup. Walking trails, bass fishing pond, horseshoe pits, and a tetherball pole? Oh, yes!

The living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom with queen bed, and walk-in closet & bathroom are all on the main floor. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a dishwasher, cooking utensils, Keurig, and drip coffee machines, even a griddle. Add a spice rack, sugar, flour, and oil, and you have everything to prepare gourmet meals at your fingertips.

The 2nd-floor loft has a King memory foam bed on a reclaimed barn wood frame, a bathroom with a shower, and a game area with a vintage arcade game packed with 60 of your favorite '80's arcade games, and a wall-mounted Connect-4 type game.

Entertain yourself with board and card games, books, or the multi-cade arcade game. Challenge someone to a foosball game on the covered patio. The new Smart TV is perched above your toasty electric fireplace and offers a YouTube TV subscription with over 100 local and premium channels, or log in to your own Netflix or Hulu account. A DVD player is available, and the wifi is excellent throughout. Device charging plugs are provided.

Enjoy deer, birds, turkeys, and squirrels with a morning cup of coffee or evening beverage while sitting or swinging on the deck with ceiling fans, or in your private hot tub on the patio. Grill a steak on the outdoor grill. Enjoy walks on the beautiful 16 acres of fenced grounds with tall oaks and hayfields while admiring the abundant wildlife. How about a bonfire out back in your private secluded fire pit? Or throw a line into the catch-and-release stocked bass pond with a fountain. Fishing is seasonal & catching fish will be reduced in colder months. We also provide shared access to horseshoe pits, a tetherball pole, and cornhole in our outdoor game and trail area. Or grab a book and find a secret hammock in the woods to relax.

The best feature of this cabin is its fantastic location to what matters to you! When it is time to go to work or to play, you are only minutes from all the shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and hospitals in Knoxville. 14 mins to UTK, Neyland Stadium, and the convention center & 12 minutes to the airport. Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains are about 45 minutes away. Preapproved pets are charged $25 per pet per day. Easy Uber ride to the airport or to the entertainment in Knoxville. Rent another cabin on the same property for a family reunion!!

We supply our guests with at least a week's worth of hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to allow you time to settle in without being rushed to make a grocery store visit.

We do not automatically provide maid or cleaning services during your stay. Guests are expected to maintain a good level of cleanliness. Cleaning service can be requested for a reasonable fee.

Please let us know if the grill runs out of gas. We will refill at no charge to guests. Firewood for the fireplace or firepit is not supplied. It can be collected on-site in the woods, or purchased from local vendors.
