"Having a 7am flight out of Zurich (ZRH) and not wanting to miss my flight, I stayed at HEI. Since I arrived around 10p, I had to use a code (found in my booking app) to key in on the pad inside the hotel to release the little door that had my room card keys. To get the 3rd floor, I used the elevator and my room was across the hall. Upon entering, my room and bathroom looked clean. Although there was no mini fridge, there was a water kettle with instant coffee and tea plus one bottle of water. Leaving at 5 am the next day, breakfast was not available until after 6am. To get to the airport, we opted to take Uber instead of the bus with the first car cancelling after 10 minutes while we stood out in the cool morning. Other than missing a mini fridge to keep our food cold, breakfast, and a live person to ask questions, HWI met our needs for a quick one night stay."
