1 bedroom (with 2 Bunk sets), full bath (tub/shower), game room with a Sleep sofa, kitchenette has new 21 CF refrigerator in 2026, full sink, small microwave. Laundry room.

Level 2:
4 bedrooms (3 with King, 1 with Queen), each with private bath (tub/shower), and walk-in closets 2 bathrooms updated in 2026.

Level 3:
Large great room with ocean views, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, pantry, powder room. 1 King bedroom with private bath (with newly renovated walk-in tile shower), private deck off bedroom. Screened-in porch.
