The property is dated, and my only complaint is that the pillows were really uncomfortable. Otherwise the room was spacious, excellent friendly staff, and the best possible location connected to KIX Terminal 1.

The hotel is very easy to get to from the airport- provided you notice the signs directing you to the 2nd floor. It’s a short, well-marked walk, through the train station. The room is of course small, but it’s comfortable. Our chief complaint is that we arrived at 8:15 pm and there are absolutely zero dining options open, and there’s not even room service. Perhaps there is a convenience store or vending machines, but the front desk never mentioned them when we inquired about where to eat. I’ve spent 40 years doing international business travel and this is the first time I ever encountered this. It needs to be corrected

It was great to be able to stay at a comfortable hotel after a late arrival into Osaka. The room was comfy, as was the bed.. The buffet breakfast was good and something for everyone diet. The employees were very helpful helping us navigate. We would stay again
