Perfect family space

We came for the long holiday weekend with extended family, including adults, teens and children. The space was perfect indoors and out!

Family Reunion at the Lake

This was our 2nd year at this property. It was perfect for our large group. We loved the beautiful house, spacious kitchen, the garage gameroom, the patios, the beach and the lake. We hope to return again next summer.

Excellent stay

This property worked out perfectly for our trip. There was plenty of room for all 16 of us and we never felt cramped. The location was amazing and the sandy beach was a really nice touch.

Enjoyable Stay

Very nice, quiet, and clean place with a great view of the Llano river. Accommodations were very comfortable with room for all. Great Direct TV package provided; got the Astros games.

Love this place!

This was the perfect spot for kids and adults of all ages. The sandy beach is amazing for little ones and there are so many games available in the game room for when they need a break from the water. The adults loved the peaceful views from the house, a well stocked house and happy children. We can't wait to come back!

We had the best time staying here for our family reunion! Lots of space, well stocked, big outdoor patio, and the best pet about it was the big, private sandy beach. The kids loved it! We will definitely be back

Great vacation on Lake LBJ.

This is a great house to have a family vacation. It is really spacious and the location for kids right on the shallow water is really great. Lots of activities around for short field day trips. Inks Lake near by has great cliffs for the kids to jump off, and Longhorn Cavern is right down the road from Inks Lake.

Family reunion

This was a great location. We rode down the lake looking at other properties and this by far had the best lake entrance. Caretaker was the best and we had a great time! We have already booked for next year!

Birthday Weekend Getaway!

We just had the best stay this weekend celebrating birthdays with family and friends. The house was better than described! We had so much space, everything was well stocked, the second kitchen gave us so much space with our large group, and the location was just incredible! The owner was really great at communicating and responded instantly with any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again!

Another Great Family Weekend

This was the 4th time to rent this lake house & it didn’t disappoint. We always have such a great time here. Brett, the property manager, is wonderful & if there’s any questions or concerns he is quick to respond. Thanks again for the amazing stay!

Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time at this property. This was the first vacation rental that we had ZERO complaints about. The pictures listed don’t do it justice. It was clean, plenty of room for our 10 adults and 5 children. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances etc. very comfortable beds and pillows. Lake was beautiful (be careful walking down, there are stickers in the grass). Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back if we need that much space.

Fantastic!

This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful property. The addition of the dock and beach front cover made this visit even better than our 1st visit. We love the gradual declining sandy bottom that makes it perfect for the young children to play in the water. We plan to return again!!!

Perfect for family getaways

We had a 4 generation gathering and the home, property, beach, and property manager Brett made this a vacation for the ages. The bunk room at the back of the house was ideal for the 7 kids (2 - 14). The beach on the lake was amazing and completely unexpected. With the open space in the house and on the patio we never felt crowded. Highly recommend this property for family fun.
