Shower was at best lukewarm. The hairdryer was cruddy with old paper towel around the handle. Bedside tables were a little wobbly and a/c rattled all night. A number of the advertised amenities were unavailable. The staff was good and very aware of most of these issues.

Considering i didnt even get to stay at the property, due to the app incorrectly reverting back to the date of the booking, instead of the date i needed, very disappointing. Additionally, this hotel were not open to either cancelling the booking without paying the full amount of the stay and also refused to change the dates, so that i coukd at least use the booking i paid for. I understand that their are strict no cancellation policies, but just some simple human decency would have been appreciated. With the cost of livong at an all time high, i found this hotels lacking leniency under the circumstances completely horrific and unfair. Never again.

The only thing that was a disappointment was the air conditioning wasnt working efficiently and the room was quite warm. Ither tan that it was good.

We had a terrible stay here. Checked in at around 2.10pm only to get to the room and housekeeping hadn't been done. Beds unmade, used towels in bathroom and leftovers of food in bowls. Went back to reception to say the room hadn't been cleaned only to be left standing there with no response for about 15 minutes. 4 other people with incorrect rooms were complaining at the same time. Ended up going over to shopping centre to wait for call to say room was ready. Then we finally get into our room and there were empty wine bottles and cups on the balcony, used soap in the shower and filthy marks on the mirror. Definitely wouldn't recommend these apartments at all.

The Chermside is an awesome budget accommodation. The rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend them. The fact they sport Veterans ( I am one) is awesome! The pool, the parking, the breakfast patio, the Ferrari, brilliant! Best location for Chermside and shopping. excellent all rounder and exceptional value with outstanding staff. I could write a book. I wish other centers would this good. I most definitely will stay again. A must for ANZAC travelers!

The Chermside Apartments are a convenient & affordable place to stay for functions at Kedron-Wavell. The included continental breakfast was welcome. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful.

We had a hotel room. It was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, nice shower. Check-in guy was nice. Only problem was noisy young people in the next room, coming and going and slamming doors.
