Wonderful place, spacious room, spotlessly clean and quiet. Only downside was very limited dining during this time of year (September), however upon recommendation, we were sent to the "Our Place" local restaurant in Kimberly. What a fantastic place with excellent food and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the off-season. I might be cautious about staying during ski season, as it could get quite noisy, but if you are a skier who cares!

Nice and comfortable apartment with lovely view. But unfortunately the noise from the adjacent apartments heating/aircon systems was very loud. We turned ours off because of the noise. Luckily we had earplugs left from our flight so we could sleep.

The property is nice. However the front desk staff is extremely rude and unkind and not helpful. I’ve never experienced such awful service!

The room was ok. Pillows were terrible. There was a leak in the bathroom that had clearly been going on for a while because there was mold 1/4 of the way up the cabinet and a large puddle. The shampoo and conditioner were terrible. The restaurant was only open for dinner and only until 9 pm. It was closed for breakfast. The hot tub was half full, the nets barely worked and it was absolutely filthy. Literally dirty. And again only open until 9 pm. For $335 for one night I was pretty disappointed.

Horrible front desk staff.

The hotel has seen better days! Hot tubs are broken. Pool had flies in it and was cold. Front desk staff are arrogant and snobby. One elevator that barely works….list goes on. Don’t recommend at all!!!

Looks beautiful from the outside. Love all the wood. The couch and bed needs to be replaced. The sectional is too big for the room. The TV needs to be replaced as it keep clitching in and out which was annoying. No amenities like shampoo. The door at the restaurant was amazing and the bar tender was a sommelier so he was very helpful. The resort could be so much better with just a few upgrades.
