The property was near the base and pet friendly which were the 2 big things we needed. Check in was easy and the owner was fast with communication.However, there was a very annoying noise coming from the laundry room wall, the only tv that worked was the one in the living room either do to not having a remote or the tv not being set up. The king size bed had a plastic sheet on it and only until we stripped the bed the day of departure did we realize why. There was a large what I would say blood stain on the mattress along with a few other stains as well.The toilet was leaking and the showerhead was a little short. The handsoap in the bathroom was pretty much just water put in an almost empty soap bottle and then shook up to create the illusion that there was soap.

The accommodations were comfortable. The house is located in an older neighborhood. The amenities were ok. I would recommend a hair dryer, clothes detergent, and something other than dollar store soaps and shampoos.

Filthy. Embarrassing to have family stay here with us. Grandson’s feet turned gray from dirty floors. Holes in walls with exposed electrical wiring. Had to buy dish soap to wash dishes. No iron to press clothes. Yard was in horrible condition. Garage had an old mattress in it. We have photos to document. Several pieces of furniture broken or in poor shape.

We had an overall great stay! If you’re simply looking for a place to sleep, this property is perfect. The communication with the host was outstanding—quick, clear, and very helpful throughout our visit and helped us to extend our stay. Bring extra bedding if you need it. This is an old house in an older neighborhood keep that in mind as you book this place.

Nice house, looks recently remodeled.

Needing nothing but our clothes and food. The owners thought of everything. Didn't get to use the bbq in the backyard but looking forward to renting again when we visit Ft. Hood. Its literally minutes from the gate at the end if Tank Destroyer Blvd.
