The alternative to a hotel room: The holiday apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the Wellingdorf marina, GEOMAR, and the Seefischmarkt. The pain clinic is also within walking distance. Just a few steps away, the Seefischmarkt offers you an open view of the Kiel Fjord and the Kiellinie on the opposite side. During the season, you can watch the large cruise ships arriving and departing here.



The Fördelinie pier is quickly accessible, and after about a ten-minute ferry ride you reach the other side of the fjord. There, you can shop in the city center, stroll through parks and museums, or take a ferry to Laboe. Bus stops and rental bikes are located very close to the accommodation.



Your accommodation is an insulated, wood-paneled studio apartment in the courtyard of a three-party house. On about 18 sqm, you will find a living and sleeping area with a double-leaf terrace door. The sleeping area consists of a high-quality sofa bed for up to two people (2x 80 x 200 cm). The sleeping surface can be used as a double bed or as two single beds.



Amenities include a table with seating, smart TV, wardrobe, and a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, sink) with cups, glasses, and cutlery. For fire safety reasons, there is no stove or oven. The daylight bathroom with shower and toilet features a large mirror and a washbasin with ample storage space.



The accommodation is accessible via a separate entrance in the enclosed courtyard of the residential building. The landlord lives on site and is happy to assist you with any questions.
