The hotel, close to everything, we arrived by train, only 10 min walk from train station. We left by boat, only 10 min walk to the boat terminal. Modern good maintained rooms in a somwhat boring looking cement building (former office building ?) Used it only for sleeping. Would do it again.

I rated this hotel low, not based on cleanliness, staff or location, but based on price, room size and the ack of, a place to open your luggage other than the bed as the room was tiny, price was very expensive, no safe, no fridge, and breakfast was not included. Additionally there are 3 B&B hotels, so make sure you google the address! Finally for you Americans who think B&B means bed and breakfast... it must not, because after paying almost $300 for one night, they asked me if I wanted to buy it..I would not return although it is very close to. the train station.
