A bit cheaper but you get what you pay for.

We arrived at 10:30 pm to check in, check in was seamless. We get to our room and pulled back the covers on the bed to find dirt, actual pieces of dirt in one of the beds as well as under the pillows. There was a pill and miscellaneous trash under the bed. I went down and spoke with the front desk staff . She informed me that another person would be coming in at 11:00 and she could come up and change the bedding. Our family were staying in the room next to ours , they found a shirt in their bed, a wallet under the bed and the bathtub had hair in it. Needless to say we left and found another hotel to stay in.

My friend and i both woke up in pain from the lack of mattress support. The shower curtain had blood on it. Breakfast didnt start till 7 so kinda useless since being up since 4am from being in pain. Shampoo and soap dint lather up well

Good stay, staff were great.

It was good. Very clean. A couple little issues with the room. Just needed minor repairs. I pointed them out as i left and they made a note so they would be taken care of.

Hebron with my wife and two young ones... i usually disagree with most reviews but it's actually true. These rooms are out dated and there are stains on the carpet, and the bedding. Actually killed two bugs that looked like cockroaches by the room entry door. Some lamps weren't even connected, I had to dig behindthe furniture to connect them and found old stuff under the beds in the process where it shows they don't thoroughly clean these rooms. Two wash cloths were stained and the curtains didn't close properly. Also the chairs were stained. The refrigerator and microwave were clean The beds were comfy but i wouldn't walk bare foot in these rooms. Water pressure was pretty low, hard to get a decent wash. Very nice staff, friendly, lnformative, and helpful. I think this is one of those locations that this brand needs to revamp. Give the staff a raise and remodel the whole thing because it's just not fair.

Before I made a reservation with the hotel, I called to confirm if connecting rooms were available. I expressed how I wanted to book online for the online pricing through Hotels.com, and asked how and if it was possible to ensure connecting rooms when booking online. I also expressed how important it was to have connected rooms because I would be traveling with 5 children. The hotel staffer, Makayla, told me to make a comment on the comment section while making the booking. I did as she said and booked two rooms online requesting connecting rooms. I then followed up with Makayla via phone call and she said she saw my booking come through and confirmed connecting rooms. Well when we got to the hotel for check-in they informed me that they were unable to provide connecting rooms. I told the hotel staffer about my conversations pre and pot booking with Makayla. And they said she’s new. Since I didn’t book directly with the hotel I couldn’t cancel my reservation and get refunded. On top of that hotel was run down and the photos are from decades ago. Mold in the bathroom and dead bugs on the walls. I would not recommend this stay for a family.

The important things in a quick overnight trip were great. Bed was comfortable, A/C was cold and no rattle sounds, and the shower had massage type pressure. The property is a bit dated and run-down and no shortage of blemishes in the room. The price balance compared to other properties in the area and minimal time awake in the room was great.

The lobby was very nice, the staff very warm. The room was disappointing. In the bedside table drawer was a couple of candy wrappers, the wall by one of the beds looked like it needed cleaned, the bedspreads had spots on them.
