Esta es una villa frente al mar de 800 pies cuadrados, 1 habitación / 1 baño a pocos pasos de la playa para una gran escapada! Esta propiedad está en el primer piso de un edificio frente al mar con una terraza privada con escalones a la planta donde se puede dar un paso inmediato hacia el paseo marítimo de la playa. Ofrece vistas al mar en la cubierta, fuera de la sala de estar abierta y desde el dormitorio. La cocina está totalmente equipada con encimera de cuarzo y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de alta gama. La cocina se abre en las zonas de comedor y de vida. El salón es grande y espacioso con un sofá cama seccional longue. Hay hermosas amplia tablones grises, pisos de madera a lo largo de textura. La habitación incluye una cama con espuma de memoria Topper y un segundo televisor. Usted entra en el enorme cuarto de baño tipo spa a través de puertas francesas desde el dormitorio y son capaces de disfrutar de la gran ducha a ras de suelo con el banco, ducha de lluvia, cabeza de ducha grande y una ducha de mano. Great retreat

This property is very clean and well decorated. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We enjoyed a short walk to The Sanctuary for breakfast during our stay. This was our second visit and we’ll be back.

Great stay

We enjoyed the condo very much. The beach access was terrific. Exactly as depicted. The spa bathroom was a plus. It was also a short walk down to The Sanctuary where we enjoyed a fabulous breakfast.

Perfect getaway vacation

The Villa was very clean, and who ever did the update on the Remodeling did a great job of utilizing the space to make the layout seem way bigger than it was. We had everything needed to make our stay wonderful. The check in and check out was very easy. Great location, steps from the beach right out the back door, and within just a few minutes of some great restaurants, I highly recommend the Jasmine Porch! Will definitely be back!

A fantastic weekend

This place is awesome! They thought of everything! It was so comfortable and spacious. We went for the weekend but could have easily stayed the week. The manager was so accommodating and very easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend!

Kiawah is great

We always enjoy staying on Kiawah, and this property was close to the beach and other sites of interest. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. As noted in one of the previous reviews of this property, there is a slight odor of some kind in this condo. We could leave the windows open due to the cool weather, and this overcame the smell. Not sure exactly what it is. Besides that, everything worked out fine, and we had an enjoyable stay.

Gorgeous Villa and Great Location

My husband and I booked this villa for our 30th wedding anniversary. The place was clean and beautiful with an ocean view and just steps to the beach. It is also close to the Sanctuary where we had lunch. There are bikes close by to rent also. Beach towels and chairs were also provided. The owner answered all our questions immediately and was so nice. We will definitely book again. We loved it.

Perfect Vacation

The condo was lovely and just as it was described. Updated and comfortable. Great location just steps away from the beach. A quiet setting, but close to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. A very nice stay for two newly empty nesters!! We will return.

Perfect condo in Kiawah!

Everything about this condo was amazing. First and foremost the communication with the owner was top notch! I reached out a few times before we arrived to ask questions and he responded within the hour every time! Everything from the quality of the furniture, quality of the linens/towels, items in the kitchen, and more was exceptional. The location can not be beat- steps from the beach. I have stayed in several VRBOs in the past and this one was one of the best. It’s such a cute, updated space and perfect for a beach getaway. Really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful getaway!
