The hotel was very old and not well maintained. Pics online are certainly from the past bs today. Staff were friendly at check in but didn’t provide much information. Room Was fine but old hot water was either cold or burning in shower. Hot tub was very dirty and pool did not look much better. Sauna was very nice and location is great!

The room was large and comfortable ---as was the bed in it. The aircon worked well. Check-in was friendly and efficient. BUT_______ THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE BATHROOM!!!!! I stayed in this hotel because I knew that I could have a room with bath to relax in after a hard day's sightseeing. But when I turned the hot water on it was cold. I advised reception of the problem and they said they would have some-one check my room. I told them I thought it was not a tap problem but a boiler problem. Nothing happened and the water stayed cold for the 3 days of my stay there. I will want an assurance from the hotel that the problem is fixed before I stay there again.

Dated but great

Dated hotel but because it was originally done to a very high standard, has stood the test of time. The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the shower was powerful. For the money I don’t think you can beat it.

This is a huge 3 - 4 star hotel in need of some refurbishing, but it's a great value for the price and so many amenities. Their gym is small and difficult to find, but the hotel is centrally located in the heart of Khon Kaen and I definitely enjoyed my stay there. Also right around the corner is the hotel Ad Lib which has a Sky bar with wonderful views of the city. Nearby there's an amazing, old school, Jazz bar which makes wonderful cocktails with great ambiance and good conversation.

Property need a revamp but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Supplied normal amenities you expect from a hotel like this. Area was fantastic to getting to shops and dining. Has a old school charm to the place. I would stay again with family.
