Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is perfectly located right at Keystone Resort. We had the perfect view of the mountain right from the living room and kitchen. It was everything we envisioned for our snowboarding trip. The management team was quick to respond, regardless of time of day. The house was always very clean and well stock with all the kitchen supplies we needed. We could not have asked for a better rental.

Best house we've ever stayed at on vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family of 12. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms and central living space to make us all very comfortable. One suggestion - please add some hooks or hanging rods in the room off the garage where we kept ski gear and coats and ski pants. That would make it a perfect room!

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless, and I was very happy with the location and overall condition of the home. I recommend this vacation rental.The home is beautiful, feels nearly brand new, and comfortably accommodated our group. The beds were very comfortable, and amenities like the steam shower and sauna were a great bonus after days on the slopes. The location was ideal, with a quick drive to Keystone. Communication was excellent, and check-in was easy.The kitchen was easy to use, and having two dishwashers was very helpful for a large group. One small suggestion would be to upgrade the current cookware, as it conducts a lot of heat from the stove and can be unsafe to use.

Loveland ski/Snowboard

Amazing! The view of Keystone mountain from multiple rooms. The hot tub was nice just off the back deck. We cooked every meal in the high end kitchen and the 2 dishwashers made clean up easy.

January ski trip

This property was perfect for our group! Everyone had space. Kitchen was easy to cook in and had all the necessary tools and cooking supplies in addition to some spices. Plenty of dish soap, garbage bags, etc. 2 dishwashers made it super simple to keep clean dishes with a large group. Only request would have been dedicated hot tub towels or more bath towels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location and spacious floorplan. Kitchen was well stocked, from high end appliances to plenty of dishes & cookware. Hot Tub was wonderful!The newly constructed house is not finished...without blinds in most main living area windows, morning and afternoon sun is blinding when trying to use the space. Garage access cabinets for coats and gear does not include rods/hangers/hooks. Some of the doors do not fit correctly, prohibiting closure. Bedroom pillows were terribly flat and lumpy. Furniture was damaged/stained. Electrical issues throughout created problems like downstairs bedroom fan also controlled upper level bedroom's fan. Bathroom sink plug was broken. One hairdryer did not work at all.Management was responsive and helpful. Check in notes need to be updated to include garage key code (not card as described) and Fireplace control is on a remote (not mentioned in the instructions.) Although we did not need the elevator, it was not operational which may be needed by some for this 4-story home. I appreciate the easy link to information Summit County Retreats provided for an easy stay in this gorgeous, quiet area of Keystone- close to skiing or the village or any activity in Summit County.

Perfect Home for Our Large Family

Eating out for a group this size is expensive, so we really appreciated the amazing kitchen. Having two sinks and two dishwashers made clean up easy and gave us more time to spend in the backyard hot tub. And as a bonus, there is a hiking trail right out the back door!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful. Spotless and seems to be nearly brand new. Beds are memory foam and are extremely comfortable. Communication from property management was great and check in was easy. My only complaint is that the quality of the stocked products was not of nearly the same quality as the home. 5-star home with 3-star kitchenware, toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc. For example, the home sleeps 12 yet the toaster is for 2 pieces of bread. Only one roasting sheet, one good roasting pan, not enough serving dishes, prep bowls, dull knives, not a good selection of cooking utensils, no oven mitts...etc. I would still stay here again as the home itself was lovely, but the stocked supplies need an upgrade.

The house is very large and all 9 of us were comfortable and had our own space. There was an elevator that made stocking the kitchen on the 4th floor a breeze. The great room on the 4th floor is very large and could easily host 12 people.

Keystone Mountain House

Not a lot of details at the property that would have been helpful. Digital guestbook didn't give much about the home. Needed to call management for combination to hot tub lock. Thermostats not responsive to temperature control. Maintenance came and got gas stove connected and working. Nice home was comfortable for our 7 adults and 20 month old. Very helpful to get the high chair delivered. We are cooks and kitchen was minimally equiped. Enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend.

The outdoor spaces were large as well and fund for the kids to play in the snow. When we arrived the elevator was not working. The unload was a challenge with all the stairs. The mud room was a very nice utility space, but no hooks to hang anything anywhere. This is a big miss, but an easy fix for the property management. Overall, we really enjoyed the property and we would stay again.

There’s still problems with the electrical system . When you use a blow dryer it pops the circuit. Great decks and outside areas that have no furniture. It would’ve been nice to spend some time on the outdoor decks. The garage has not been washed out since mud season and it’s full of mud. The USP ports did not work in the master bedroom. Elevator was broken when we got there and broke again. This is not easy to carry luggage and kitchen supplies without the elevator. The sheets and towels need to be upgraded as thin and scratchy.This time would be a great rental if the owners and management company would do the improvements needed.

Beautiful new property!

The amenities were amazing as well as the details. My only issues with the house were we blew the breaker multiple times in different parts of the house. Because we were the first ones staying in the house there were a lot of undone details not finished, part of the stove was not hooked up, the ice and water in the fridge were not hooked up, the usb was not connected in the bedroom. A repairman came out promptly to take care of most of the concerns, he could not get the fridge water and ice working but the other issues were resolved. The kitchen was sparsely stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. In my opinion for a house that is meant to sleep that many there were not enough large cooking dishes to serve a large group. The office was confusing whether they would provide. In the text I sent to them they asked for us to switch by and grab the items needed but when I did go by they said they couldn’t provide those. My advice, take anything you think you might need or call in advance and ask for inventory of the house.

Super-Sized and Nice Location

We rented this home for an 80th birthday celebration for 11 family members. The size was perfect for our group. Lots of space to spread out and 5 bedrooms. The main living area had room for cooking, dining, and lounging, although there is no bathroom on the main floor, guests must take stairs to level 3 for a bathroom. This wasn't a problem for us, but guests should be aware. 3 stoves and 2 dishwashers made cooking for our group a breeze. Amazing view and the outdoor space is plentiful, however although the listing shows a firepit, it is not available for renters. I was informed by the management it's an HOA restriction - in speaking with the neighbors (who were using their firepit) I believe it is restricted for renters only which was a huge disappointment. Also, the home has 3 decks which are wonderful for a setting like Keystone in the summer, however the HOA prohibits outdoor furniture! Again, I can only assume the HOA would not allow a short-term rental to have outside space that may result in groups of people "disturbing" the neighborhood - like the firepit. This was highly disappointing as being outside is one of the big reasons we came to Keystone. Other reviews listed a circuit breaker issue - it is still a problem as circuit breakers CONSTANTLY tripped for main washer and main wine/drink fridge. Maintenance was notified. Overall a very nice and roomy location - it would be 5 stars without the dumb HOA restrictions and electrical issues.
